The great thing about going to Children's Hospital is that they make things fun, and they know kids. Alaina had a follow up EEG this morning to check if her medication dose is still adequately doing its job, since she has grown quite a bit this year. She has been on meds for epilepsy for two years now, and as far as we know has been seizure free since beginning the medication.
We are very thankful for doctors and the drugs they prescribe that can treat debilitating illnesses like epilepsy. My little girl has a normal, happy childhood thanks to them!
